  Weekdays: 06:00–18:00
  Saturdays at 11:00-13:00
  Closed on Sundays
  
  The reception is located inside our Winter Garden, which is the first thing you encounter when you enter our front entrance located on the eastern side of the hotel. Inside our Winter Garden, there is also a bar where you can sit and work or relax before and after your check-in or check-out.

  Saturday – Sunday 07:00–11:00 AM

• In the room
  
  Smoking - Smoking is not allowed indoors. There is a smoking area outside the hotel.
  
  Wi-Fi - Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The network is called Riverside - Guest and no password is needed.
  
  Cleaning - In order for us to clean your room, we need "Please clean the room" sign be affixed to the door. The sign shall be displayed between 08:00 and 12:00 on the day you want the room cleaned. If the sign is not posted during this time, the room will unfortunately not be cleaned that day.
  
  Check-out - No later than 11:00 on the day of departure.
  
  Emergency - Follow the signs to the nearest emergency exit.
  
• Parking space
  Parking is available all around the hotel and it is free. For buses, there are two parking spaces at the back of the hotel and one at the front. There are charging stations all around the hotel; these are paid for by anyone who wants to charge their car.
